Heres how it works
Your organization will choose a date and restaurant location(s)* (from a list of participating restaurants) for your fundraiser. The event must take place on a Monday**, Tuesday or Wednesday and is a dine-in only function. You may select more than one consecutive date or more than one location as well.
The Corporate Office of Aldo Lamberti’s restaurants will create a master flyer for your organization to copy and distribute. The success of this program will depend on how good your organization is at distributing the flyers in advance only and having people attend the event.
On the evening of your fundraiser each person who wishes to help your organization will dine at the participating restaurant(s) and turn in a voucher worth $2.50 to your organization. Vouchers are only eligible for redemption on the evening specified. Each member of your party must have their own voucher to turn in. Handing out vouchers to people entering or already dining in the restaurant on the date of your event will not be permitted.
In order to ensure success for your organization, only one fundraiser will be scheduled per evening and we request that supporters make reservations at the restaurant(s) in advance. This will guarantee the best experience for your organization and its supporters.
At the end of the evening, the participating restaurant(s) will tally up the vouchers and then present your organization with a check. Please allow 4 weeks to receive your check in the mail. You may call 1-800-2LAMBERTI for the results of your fundraiser the next day if you wish.
